CANCELLATION POLICY

48-Hour Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked. This fee is paid directly to your service provider for the time reserved. No-shows or cancellations without notice may be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
